Can less be more?

When the subject is exercise and personal fitness training… the answer is an emphatic YES!

We create workouts for you that are intense, brief and infrequent. Your personal trainer custom-designs workouts for you to make sure you put out a high level of effort or intensity in the shortest time possible. With this instruction, you will learn how to perform each exercise correctly relative to your body type and limitations. In other words, the exercises will be created specifically for you.

Expect to be in and out the door in 45 minutes just two days per week. These intense, brief exercise produce results fast, usually four to six months. After your goals are met, you’ll need only one session per week to maintain your new fitness standard.

Yes, you are reading this correctly, after you achieve your goals and have your best body in four to six months, you will ONLY need to work out once a week to maintain it.
